This privacy policy explains what data we collect when you use Volt and how we handle it. We only collect the minimum required to deliver our digital products.
Data we collect
We collect your email address and information related to your order (product purchased, date, amount). This data is only used to process your purchase, deliver your digital product, and provide support.
Payments
Payments are handled by our processors (Stripe and crypto payment processors). We never store your card numbers: that information goes directly through the secure payment provider.
Data sharing
We do not sell or resell your personal data to third parties. Your information is only shared with the providers strictly required to process your order.

Data processors and recipients
Your data only passes through providers strictly necessary to the service: Stripe (card payments), NOWPayments (crypto payments), Resend (transactional emails), Cloudflare (site protection and delivery) and our hosting provider. Each of these providers processes your data in accordance with its own privacy policy and the GDPR.
Retention periods
Order and invoice data is kept for 10 years in line with legal accounting obligations. Technical server logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months. Preferences stored in your browser (cart, language, cookie consent) remain on your device and can be cleared at any time from your browser.
Your rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us via our Discord server or by email; we reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (CNIL in France, cnil.fr).
Cookies
Volt only uses storage essential to operation (cart, language), which is exempt from consent. Embedded YouTube videos set third-party cookies (Google): they only load after your explicit consent, which you can give or refuse via the dedicated banner. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
