Volt sells digital products delivered instantly. This policy explains when a refund is possible.
Digital products are non-refundable
Due to the nature of our products, every purchase is final once the product has been delivered. No refund is granted after a working key, access, or download has been delivered.
Exceptions
A refund may be granted if the product was never delivered, or if it is shown to be non-working and our team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
How to request a refund
Contact support through our Discord server with your order number and a description of the issue. We review each request on a case-by-case basis.
Right of withdrawal (EU)
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately with your express consent (art. L221-28 13° French Consumer Code), collected at the time of payment. This commercial refund policy applies in addition to and does not reduce any of your statutory rights, including the legal conformity warranty applicable to digital content.
